We weren't having much success with helping our daughter Karen buy a home in Bluffton. Reasonable offers were being refused and she missed out on several desirable homes because of avoidable delays. After several unsuccessful months Karen decided to hire a more experienced realtor, namely, Glenn Davis. While showing her the first listing, Glenn got a notice on his smart phone that a foreclosed home, matching what Karen wanted, had just came on the market. He showed her the home immediately. She loved it and made an offer with his guidance. Glenn piloted the offer through the maze of complex foreclosure procedures. The offer was accepted within days, and our daughter moved in the following month. Glennšs experience and hard work made a dream come true for his client.

We initially met Glenn via the Internet and set up a time to view properties on Hilton Head Island as well as Sun City and Rose Hill. We spent most of a day with him asking a lot of question and looking at properties. We found Glenn to be very knowledgeable and an easy individual to like. We certainly have a lot of faith in him, since we bought a 3 bedroom condo based on pictures and his recommendation. We were extremely pleased with our purchase when we saw it. We told some friends about Glenn and they bought property from him also. We would certainly recommend Glenn as a most competent and trustworthy realtor.

Glenn set aside an entire weekend recently to show us houses on Hilton Head island. We probably saw 25 houses, some of them more than once. Glenn was very patient and relaxed, not a high pressure salesperson, which we really appreciated. Being from Wisconsin and having only been to Hilton Head once for vacation, we knew little about the island. Not only did Glenn help us find a great house, he also gave us a lot of information about the area and helped us find local bankers, inspectors, insurance agents and attorneys that we needed for our real estate transaction. We will be closing December 2, 2011 and are very excited about our new home. Thanks Glenn for all your help!!
